2026 Puget Sound Youth Gathering
We are excited to announce that “Footsteps” is the theme of the 2026 Puget Sound Youth Gathering. This gathering will be held at Camp Arnold in Eatonville, WA the weekend of March 6 – 8th, 2026. This event is for all current 6th - 12th grade students.
DCE Amy Hubach, who serves at Concordia University, Nebraska as the Associate Director and Site Coordinator for the DCE Program, will be our speaker leading participants through an interactive study of 1 John 1:6-7, exploring what it means to walk in the light of Christ in fellowship with one another and sharing that light with others who don’t know it yet.
Friday night, we’ll kick off our time with activities and worship to get to know each other. On Saturday, along with our speaker sessions, we will have fun games, breakout sessions for middle and high school (“Stump the Pastor”, a service project, and a special surprise!), worship, and more! We will conclude with worship on Sunday morning before departing.
Registration opens December 15th, 2025 and includes lodging for 2 nights, 4 meals and snacks, a t-shirt and programming.
Early (Dec 15, 2025 – Jan 18, 2026): $155 (committed numbers see instructions below OR congregation registration form)
Regular (Jan 19 – Feb 1): $200 (guaranteed t-shirt deadline)
Late (Feb 2 – 20): $250 (Any registrations received after the 20th will be added to a waitlist to be included at the Board’s discretion)

Click here to download the participant registration form. This is what the adult leader will receive from the participants (youth and adult) and use to fill out the church registration form that gets turned into the registrar.
Click here to fill out the church registration form (Google form). An invoice with the appropriate pricing will be emailed to the Primary Adult Leader within 2 business days of filling out the registration.
If you are sending committed numbers, but not the registration form to meet the "early" deadline, please email the registrar at alanna@epiphanyonline.org directly to receive this pricing and your invoice. Your church registration form still needs to be turned in by February 20th in order to complete your registration.
